About the Founder
A proudly Tswana woman born in Johannesburg, with deep roots in Mpumalanga, South Africa, Lorraine Mautle Maloka is the Founder and Executive Director of MEdge Strategic Partnering.
With academic foundations in Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and Business Studies from the Gordon Institute of Business Science, Lorraine embodies a growth mindset and is currently furthering her expertise through a Master of Science in Business Psychology degree.
With over 20 years of multi-industry professional experience, Lorraine is a seasoned HR Executive known for her strategic foresight and empathetic leadership approach. Her career is characterized by pioneering, transformational achievements and a commitment to co-creative execution, reflecting her fortitude, agility and resilience. Lorraine’s relatable nature enables her to connect with diverse client groups, enriching her consulting practice with valuable experiential insights.
Driven by a passion for Human Capability Development, Lorraine is dedicated to designing impactful, tailored solutions that meet her clients' unique needs. Her extensive leadership experience at renowned companies such as Mars International, Kimberly-Clark, Vodacom, Absa, and Tiger Brands equips her with the strategic insight, versatility and creative flair necessary to deliver effective and meaningful solutions.

"I’m a purpose-driven, values-based leader with a strong commitment to empowering others. Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized for my exceptional work ethic, strategic agility, creativity, and problem-solving abilities—qualities that I consider to be my professional superpowers. My passion for understanding human behavior, combined with a deep desire to help others, has been the foundation of my work. As a certified Five-Lens Enneagram coach, I am dedicated to guiding my clients on their journeys of personal discovery, transformation, and growth. It’s a privilege to support them as they unlock their full potential.
On a personal note, I’m a proud mother and friend to an incredibly bright and loving teenage son. We share a love for good food, and I consider myself a bit of a foodie and “chef extraordinaire”—you’ll often find me experimenting in the kitchen! I’m also quite competitive and enjoy watching sports, especially Formula One, which has become a special bonding experience for us. Beyond that, I have a passion for music, am an avid reader, and am fascinated by the potential of AI to transform our world.
